in the shower, use the finger mitt (found in the Ingrown concentrate box) to exfoliate, concentrating on ingrowns or areas you know could use a little extra buff. out of the shower, apply a few drops of ingrown concentrate on ingrowns, bumps, razor burn or irritated skin.

it is recommended to use the finger mitt around 3-5 times a week, & use ingrown concentrate as many times as needed. either use it to treat spots that have cropped up, or daily use as a preventative measure.

rub a few drops on scars that feel particularly rough or itchy for soothed skin & a smoother texture.
